I am a DAR member and am direct descendant of Col. John Tipton and Benjamin Tipton. Benjamin had a daughter, Margaret Elizabeth Tipton, that I show married William B Tipton, son of Meshach and Elizabeth Hester Tipton. I am looking for proof (Bibles or source documentation) that William B. Tipton was the son of Meshach, as he was also a DAR Patriot.
